Books and Movies

The History of BDSM, I Want Your Sex (2026): The Celluloid Dungeon: A spoiler-heavy look at I Want Your Sex and its older-woman/younger-man dominant relationship. As you’d expect from The History of BDSM, there’s rather more interest in what the power dynamic actually means than whether somebody looked hot tied to a chair. In the end, it sounds like one to skip.

Hellga, Book Review of “Money for Something” by Mia Walsch: Hellga reviews a memoir about sex work that pushes back against the very lazy idea that sex work must automatically be the source of everything bad in someone’s life. In this case, plenty of the chaos was already there, while the BDSM dungeon sometimes seems to be one of the places the author actually functioned best.
