Penis pumps aren’t new or particularly revolutionary. We all know what they do. But one that combines a masturbation sleeve and a vibration unit sitting right on the tip of your cock? Now that’s at least unique.
Currently listed at under $60, with an RRP of $80, the Lach (pronounced Lache, Lachey, Latch?), comes from Sohimi and promises powerful suction, titillating vibration, and app connectivity. I called in the sissy boy to put this one through its paces, though bear in mind he only has a modest specimen to work with.

Design: See It All
Visually, it looks more like a pepper mill than a penis pump. It stands just over 12 inches tall, or around 32cm, and has a distinctive transparent chamber that makes it clear this thing wants to show off.

In the box you get the sleeve already fitted, a seal-only version without the internal stroker, and a selection of different sized cock rings. Cleaning is straightforward. The top section pulls off and the sleeve can be removed entirely, which is always a win. No one wants to wrestle with dried lube in hidden crevices.

The transparent casing and sleeve are easily the most satisfying part of the design. You can watch your cock swell in real time, and there is something undeniably compelling about seeing the engorgement happen as you press a button. It turns the whole thing into a visual performance as much as a physical one.

That said, vacuum pumps demand respect. This is not a toy you mindlessly mash buttons on. The suction is strong. There is real potential for injury if you are careless. Use lube, stay in control, and stop immediately if you feel pain. This is about pleasure, not proving something to yourself.
So How Does It Feel?
The sleeve itself is pleasant. It has a decent internal texture, though when paired with the powerful suction it can be hard to fully appreciate because you’re mostly focused on the engorged, slightly numbing pressure of the pump doing its thing. The vibration unit sits at the end, so you need to be fully inserted for it to make proper contact. In theory, as the internal rubber section contracts, it should pull you upward to maintain pressure against the vibrating disc.

In practice, the vibration combined with the thick sleeve wasn’t quite enough to push me over the edge on its own. It was more of an endless tease, keeping me right on that frustratingly pleasant brink.
Then I swapped to the seal-only configuration. No sleeve. Just direct contact with the vibrating disc at the end of that flexible rubber bellows. That was the moment it came alive. The direct stimulation, combined with suction, felt far more intense. I actually prefer using it without the stroker sleeve. Sometimes simpler really is better.

There are five automatic suction modes accessed via the middle button. Two are straightforward low and high power settings. The other three are patterned cycles that suck, release slightly, suck again, that sort of rhythm. The top button controls vibration, offering several intensity levels and patterns. The bottom button activates manual mode. Hold it down and the pump builds suction, counting upward to a maximum level, which I believe tops out at nine, though it continues displaying higher numbers while maintaining peak pressure. Release the button and the chamber vents immediately.
If you want to use it purely as a masturbator, you absolutely can. Keep suction engaged for a sloppy, engulfing sensation or power everything off and use the sleeve on its own. Both approaches work. The automatic modes also make it fairly easy to rig up for hands-free play if you’re feeling inventive.
App C0ntrol: Don’t Bother
There is also app control via the Joytoy app, but don’t get too excited. Pairing is simple and you get remote control plus features like synced videos. The problem is that the remote doesn’t offer true direct suction control. It simply cycles through the device’s preset modes. Even at maximum power it performs a long pull followed by several shorter pulses. You cannot drag a slider to increase or decrease vacuum pressure with precision. Vibration behaves more predictably with a standard 0 to 100 power adjustment.
The AI synced video feature is underwhelming. The content is weak, short looped AI-generated softcore clips that feel repetitive and disconnected from the toy’s functions. Because the app is designed to support a wide range of devices, the scripted responses rarely align logically with what’s happening on screen. A video might depict oral sex but instead of activating suction it merely modulates vibration intensity. It feels arbitrary rather than immersive. To be brutally honest, you’re not missing much by skipping the app entirely.
Get Pumping

Overall, the Lach is an intriguing design. The sleeve does a great job containing mess. Cleaning is easy. The two-stage bellows system separates the pump mechanism from the chamber, which may serve structural or aesthetic purposes. I’m not about to pretend I’ve run fluid dynamics simulations on it, but I can say it looks impressive and performs as intended. The transparent chamber is the real highlight. Watching yourself swell under vacuum is undeniably erotic.
Again though, we only tested with something less-than-average sized. Huge cocks will have a job fitting in this, or at the very least may be limited to using the open-ended seal only.

Let’s be clear. There is no evidence that prolonged pump use will permanently increase penis size. That is not how this works. It will temporarily enhance erection firmness and girth, and that’s where the included cock rings come into play. This is not a medical device or a serious long-term training solution. It’s a dual-purpose pleasure toy.
For the price, it delivers something visually striking and genuinely fun. If you don’t already own a pump and you’re curious about experimenting with suction combined with vibration, it’s a solid addition to the collection. The Lach is available from Sohimi for less than $60 at the time of writing, but they also have a solid range of more typical male masturbators if the suction element doesn’t appeal — be sure to check out our best automatic masturbators guide first!
