The Virtuoso 2 from Sohimi is a tiny, travel-friendly multifunction toy that comes with a different attachment for clitoral or nipple use. Combining suction with a powerful vibration and licking motion, this could be the one toy that drives you mad (in more ways than one).
Palm-sized, the Virtuoso 2’s main body is kidney bean-shaped, with a removable suction cup that twists to lock onto the action side. It’s fully waterproof for ease of cleaning, and charges via a standard two-pin magnetic USB cable.

Suction
The bottom button controls the main power and suction action, with three levels of suction available. These are indicated on the right-hand side of the tiny LCD screen, and loosely related to the number of seconds it sucks in before releasing pressure and restarting the cycle; from 1 to 3 seconds.
I tested first on my arm, and the suction power was almost painful. Luckily, you can regulate it fairly easily by just lifting the side slightly, but it’s not a sensation everyone will enjoy.
The toy comes with two differently shaped cups. One is slightly deeper, but smaller and rounder, for use on your nipples (well, nipple, singular). The other is concave, shallower, and more elongated, designed to fit around your clitoris. You can also remove these and use it without a suction head at all.

In testing, we found it hard to get any seal at all down there. Thick pubic hair won’t work, so you need to either be shaved or to pull your lips apart; a little lube might help to mitigate that as well. If we tried to get a good seal with both labia inside, it worked, but then the tongue wasn’t positioned right for clitoral stimulation. If you aim the tongue more at the clitoris, the seal is less effective where your lips part. Basically, we had a lot of pulling, prodding, and poking before finding a position that sealed effectively enough to produce actual pumping action, and still allowed that tongue to flick the clit.
Vibration and Licking
The licking and vibrating action can’t be independently controlled (at least, not on the device itself); they both happen together, controlled by the topmost button. The tongue flicking seems to be the same for all programs, but the vibration changes, with three levels of continuous and a few other patterns.
As would be expected in something this small, the vibes are buzzy, but surprisingly strong. Strangely, it doesn’t seem to matter. The intense tip of the tongue action, combined with intermittent contact from the flicking, is a delightful combination that means you’ll forget just how buzzy it is.
How Does It Feel?
I’ll admit, some assistance was required here. Firstly, to figure out a position that actually let the pump do a semi-decent job, but also, to keep the thing held in place. You see, it was a little too intense, even on the lowest setting. Like a really short, sharp tickle as the tongue flicked across her clit; she squirmed in equal measure delight and discomfort, with the latter eventually giving way completely to the former. Within a minute or two, the squirming intensified with added screams of joy as the bed was soaked with her squirt.

“I hated that. It’s too fast”, she exclaimed.
It’s definitely intense, even on the lowest setting. The tongue flicking likely adds to this, where a continuous buzz might be numbing. Add in the suction that engorges your clit, and you can see how it might be too much for some. If I hadn’t been here to assist/insist, she would’ve likely stopped using it and given up.
Used on nipples, it’s a fun tease for him or her.
There’s an App for That
The Virtuoso 2 doesn’t shout much about it, but there’s an app to control it with remote play and scripted sequences, called Joyhub. You can choose from a selection of barely animated scenes or short videos with names like “Catty”, “Bandage2”, and “Fox ears”, each lasting about a minute — or create your own patterns. The imagery is aimed squarely at a certain demographic, however.

But the most interesting thing here is that the programmed sequences allow separate control of all three functions, meaning you can disable the licking entirely, or change the speed. For that reason alone, it’s worth downloading. The only drawback is that you need to register an account; there’s no guest login feature.
Is the Sohimi Virtuoso 2 Right for You?
Given how much a toy like this depends wildly on your body shape and sensation preferences, it’s a tough call to make as to whether it’ll work for you, or not. If you’re a fan of powerful but buzzy directed vibrations like the Zumio series, you’ll like the vibe here. If you want to experiment with suction, this is a great toy for it. If you prefer deep, rumbly vibes or have zero interest in putting a vacuum on your bits, this won’t be for you.
But I can’t argue with the value. Waterproof, silicone shell, for clitoral or nipple use, at around $30 is a bargain. Overall, I’m impressed, and will keep it around even if just for teasing: the intense intermittent strokes, combined with suction power, make it a delightful tool to have in the arsenal. But then I have a sadistic streak. Looking for something similar, but not quite into this design? Sohimi offers a range of g-spot vibrators, including other variations on the suction or licking concept that you should check out.
