Squirting, ejaculating, or “cum tube” dildos feature a tube down the center, letting you simulate ejaculation—either through a machine, syringe, or some squishy bulb. Whether you’ve got a fetish for facials or just want to add a little realism to your pegging, here’s my top five, and a few things to look out for.

Why only five?! Well, technically, some of this list covers an entire range from one manufacturer, so it’s actually a lot more than five. But it’s only five entries because most of the ejaculating dildos you’ll find recommended by other “sex experts” are made of PVC and inherently not body-safe!

The Best (Actually Body-Safe) Squirting Dildos

Hismith Ejaculating Realistic Cocks

To coincide with their brilliant new automatic lube launcher, Hismith brought out a range of cum-tube equipped dildos in all shapes and sizes. My favorite is the 9.1″ fat boy with a comically large ball sack, but if you’re not a fan of the realistic designs, they also have a ribbed black one, and an equine model.

My only complaint is that the US site lists it as being “dual density”—it isn’t. UK buyers will be pleased to know they fixed the title, but just be aware before you buy. It’s quite firm, smooth with little texture, and perfect for a good strong fucking machine pounding. But it certainly isn’t dual density by any definition.

All of the Hismith range are multipurpose: either use the Kliclok adaptor for easy connection to a fucking machine, or unscrew the connector, and you’ll find a standard suction cup.

At $100 or less, the Hismith squirting dildo range are great value, too.

Nothosaur Hunter Jack

A glorious equine dildo with stunning marbled colors, Nothosaurs Toy’s Hunter Jack is a prime stallion available with or without a cum tube. The base features a suction cup for ease of use, and you’ll love how that flared head feels as it pushes through you. Ideal for those who want to play deep, the realistic textures can tend to drag a little, so make sure you use lots of lube. Starting at $120 for Medium, and going up to $400 for XXL, Nothosaur toys aren’t cheap (though you generally won’t pay import tax), but they’re worth it—and cheaper than the next best alternative, which is Bad Dragon.

FAAK Inflatable Knot Ejaculating Fantasy

The budget pick on my list, the FAAK toys are bodysafe, fun colors, and inflatable. They’re a little squishier than I prefer, so they can be awkward to play with, but at just over $20, I don’t feel like you can ask for too much.

ElypseArt Squirting Inflatable Canine Dildos

elypseart vixen

The GOAT of inflatable dildos, ElypseArt canine dildos are iconic, offering exceptional quality, handmade, with gorgeously glossy, realistic coloration in a variety of lengths and sizes. But they come at a price to match, starting at around $280 for the squirting model. Although they ship internationally, you should allow another chunk of change on customs and import fees.

Sinnovator Dagon, for Depth Play

dagon sizes

Sinnovator are a UK manufacturer of fantasy dildos, and as far as I can find, one of the few to make an ejaculating tentacle toy. Most manufacturers steer clear of cum tubes in tentacles because of the complexity of getting a hole in such a long and tight toy, but Sinnovator have pulled it off.

Dagon ranges from around £95 for a plain black cumtube-equipped small model, to just under £200 for the Thick Medium in signature color—your only issue might be shipping from the UK. Sinnovator also have a range of other gorgeous squirting dildo designs.

What to Look Out For When Buying an Ejaculating Dildo

Material Safety

When shopping for any kind of insertable toy, you need to be absolutely certain of the toy material. In short, when it comes to squirting dildos, only buy silicone toys. Here’s the shocking truth though: most ejaculating dildos are not safe.

The lack of regulation means adult toys made of unsafe materials can still be sold. Some companies won’t hide what the material is, but many will mislabel anything plastic as “silicone rubber”. Avoid those that are made of PVC (even if it says “phthalate-free”), rubber, or TPR. You’re not likely to experience anything bad the first time you use it, but over time, it’ll keep hold of bacteria due to tiny holes in the material. Even if it looks safe and doesn’t eventually leech toxic chemicals (those materials tend to break down over time), you risk developing a UTI.

All the dildos on our list are silicone.

How can you tell if a dildo is actually silicone? If you’ve bought it already, you can do the “flame test”. Yes, that is what it sounds like: burn it. Make sure you’re outside, then take a lighter and hold it to a discreet area of the toy—around the base is easiest. Be sure you’re holding it at a safe distance, and observe. Silicone won’t melt or deform; you may get a little black ash form on the surface, but it’ll wipe off easily. PVC, TPR, and other jelly-like materials will melt, and potentially release toxic fumes.

If you haven’t bought the toy yet and only have the word of the shop to go off, it’s difficult. Some manufacturers only deal with silicone. Many of the major high-street brands, though, are just resellers and will stock both silicone and PVC toys alike. Your best bet is to search for any coverage from trusted reviewers because we’ve already done the needed testing and know the difference. Sadly, some sites (I’m not linking them here) are still recommending PVC dildos as “body safe”; they abso-fucking-lutely aren’t, and their so-called sex experts ought to be ashamed of themselves, assuming they’re real people and not just AI-generated personas.

Color is another tell: if it’s crystal clear or looks like jelly, it’s not silicone. You can’t get silicone completely clear—at best, you can get a cloudy transparent. Silicone can be colored and poured into a mold to produce beautiful, unique marbled or swirling patterns. On most toys, silicone typically comes as opaque black, pink, or purple. There are also realistic silicone dildos, but these are harder to tell apart from PVC. If it’s a peachy-looking monotone matt flesh color, it’s almost certainly PVC or TPR.

If there aren’t any reviews from trusted sites and you’re not confident, then it’s best to avoid that one and look for something else.

Fake Cum

You’ll probably want something to put into that ejaculating tube—some fake semen—and that’s where it gets even more complicated! Choose two: vagina-safe, realistic, or edible. You can’t have all three, sadly.

For vaginal use, you should stick to off-the-shelf lubricants. They generally aren’t edible in large quantities. They won’t kill you, but they’re not tasty or good for you.

If you want something edible, watered-down yogurt, or water and starch is safe. Feel free to experiment with your own recipes, but avoid any use vaginally, as you’re liable to end up with a yeast infection or upset your pH balance.

For realism, I’ve been using Master Series Jizz Cum or Nothosaur Cum Lube. Both are safe for vaginal use and look as realistic as you can get, but neither are particularly tasty!

Ejaculating Method

In my experience, you should avoid ejaculating dildos that don’t have a cum tube. This means they have some sort of internal cavity which stores fluids, so you need to squeeze the whole body of the toy (or the base) to make it squirt. It’s wasteful as you won’t be able to get it all out, it won’t hold much, and it’s just bloody awkward to use!

You can use a cum tube-equipped dildo with a syringe, but it can be tricky, especially if your syringe is full and your lube or fake semen is quite thick ;) Water is easy to squirt, but that’s probably not what you’re using. I often found myself needing three hands when I used a syringe, so I ended up having to use a wall to push against.

Don’t you wish you could just press a button to shoot a stream of jizz? That’s precisely what the Hismith Automatic Lube Launcher does. Although designed for use with a fucking machine, the button on the top and app integration means there’s nothing to stop you using it for handheld or suction cup play. It has incredible force—more watery lubricant will literally shoot out, and it’s hilariously good fun to play with. For a cum fetishist or bukkake scene, it’s ideal. I can’t imagine using an ejaculating dildo without it now.
