SVibe made waves (pun intended) in the vibrator community for their innovative Curve vibe, which offered internal G-spot stimulation as well as constant external contact while still being able to thrust thanks to a unique uncurling tip design. The EVO, which apparently stands for Extraordinary Vibrant Orgasm brings that same uncurling snail head stimulation to the tip and shaft of your penis, also allowing you to thrust into the toy at the same time.
At $99 in black or blue, it’s also available as part of a “Power Couple” bundle with the original SVibe Curve included, saving you $20 off the combined purchase price. Use the code sextoydb at checkout for 10% off—which even works for the discounted bundles.

Design and Materials
Made of glorious soft and squishy silicone, the SVibe EVO feels brilliant to touch. The main shaft has two large wings that wrap around and envelop your penis, clinging on to it securely and allowing it to be used hands-free.

It’s not just the vibrations that offer interest, though; you’ll find a series of rough, knobbly bits at the top of the main body, and just underneath the uncurling snail is a set of shallower but still fantastic feeling ridges that tease your head. The ridged area and the snail head are concave—perfectly shaped for your head to nestle within them.
On the back of the tip are two control buttons: one for power and one for pattern programs. The charging pins for the magnetic charger are closer to the base.

In the box, you’ll find a USB charger cable, a nice custom carry case to keep it clean when not in use or for travel, and some manuals in case you really can’t figure out how to use this.
With separate motors for both the shaft and the head, some of the built-in programs offer dual-mode patterns that activate alternately. These are more fun than the average selection, however, there’s no Bluetooth control, and the basic three-speed programs activate both motors, so you can’t selectively disable the tip or the shaft if you prefer one or the other. It’s both at once or whatever the built-in programs offer.
How Does It Feel?
Whether it’s an insertable vibrator or cock masturbator, most people will prefer a deeper, rumbly vibration compared to a buzzy one. I’m no exception, and the vibration quality of the SVibe EVO is … ok. It’s certainly not as rumbly as some toys I have—even a little wand is rumblier—but it’s not buzzy either. It’ll do the job, but I find it helps to grab the shaft and grip a little.

Uniquely, the uncurling tip allows a degree of thrusting (perhaps an inch or two), but still maintains that stimulation to the tip of your penis, and particularly to your frenulum. This was the most interesting part of the stimulation for me. While normally, I’d be tied down with a vice-like grip from my mistress to ensure I wouldn’t squiggle around while she holds a wand in place, the SVibe EVO is designed to allow for some movement.

The only downside to this is that I found I needed to use a little lube, or my skin would drag against the end curve, rather than pushing up and uncurling it. That’s going to be true of any thrusting toy of course—it’s just unusual here because you would think of this as a vibrator and not a thrusting masturbator. It’s really a hybrid of both.
As mentioned, the dual motor patterns add some interest, but personally, I need a constant vibration to orgasm. The dual mode patterns add an element of teasing to playtime, it can keep me hard and stimulated for ages.
Should You Buy an SVibe EVO?
At $99, I think the EVO is priced correctly. Any higher and I would have either liked larger motors for rumblier vibes, or some more advanced controls and Bluetooth syncing. But for the price, what it does offer is good value.
The design is unique, it’s rare to find a masturbator that can be used both hands-free or thrusted into. I applaud innovation in vibrators for men because we tend to be neglected on the sex toy front. Check out my list of the best vibrators for men (and which to avoid).
