The Hismith Premium is already the most adjustable sex machine around; it’s easily able to slide up and down the legs and be angled to hit the perfect spot. But if you want to use it on a tall bed, it won’t quite reach—and placing it directly onto the bed isn’t exactly stable. So here are three ways you can use your Hismith Premium on a tall bed without sacrificing stability.

Official Pneumatic Tabletop Stand ($400)
This is the official solution: an adjustable table that raises the base level for your Hismith Premium to sit on from 21.5 to 31.5 inches (55 to 80cm). Suitable for both the Tabletop and Premium models, the surface has spaces to mount the legs of your machine securely, so it won’t slide off.
But at $400, it’s not cheap—and I’m not convinced that the single leg holding the tabletop up will be all that stable at high speeds.
Vevor Motorized Tabletop ($140)
A far cheaper option—$140 at the time of writing—is this Vevor motorized instrument table, offering the same height adjustment as the official pneumatic table, but with a more solid central leg designed to hold complex and heavy measuring equipment (and it’s electric).
The only downside is that the tabletop doesn’t have any secure indentations for the Hismith Premium to sit in, so you’ll need to be ok with doing a bit of DIY to drill holes, route out cavities, or glue on your own table topper. Still, considering that it’s less than half the price of the official option, I feel like that’s a fair compromise.
The DIY Option: 25mm Steel Tube ($100+)
The legs that your Hismith Premium is mounted to are 25mm diameter stainless steel solid pipes, as are the horizontal legs on the base. Armed with that knowledge, the elegance of your solution depends entirely on your budget. Longer lengths of solid stainless steel pipe are more expensive, but you can save by getting hollow tubes—or losing the stainless element (look for mild steel tube). One meter (or a yard) length of uprights would be more than enough to reach the top of a tall bed. Note that 25mm is an exact measurement—you’ll find 25.4mm or 26.3mm tubes are more common. These will NOT fit within the main body clamps of the Hismith; they must have exactly an outer diameter of 25mm.
But for extra stability, I’d recommend either:
- Mounting the bottom feet bar onto a large piece of wood using pipe straps.
- Building a more complex structure, like a cube, with the Hismith Premium in the middle.
- Using longer horizontal bars for the feet and weighing them down with leg weights.
If you need to join pieces at the corners and have access to a 3D printer, you can use this customizable pipe connector, but be sure to print in something stronger than PLA, like PETG.
By using standard components, the Hismith Premium is remarkably extendable and can be easily integrated into your own custom designs. Some third-party furniture options like the Yingyu K9 Bondage Stockade even include an attachment point for one of the legs of your Hismith.
