Anyone can stick a dildo on a fucking machine and have it thrust in and out of their mouth—but what about sticking your head on the end of a fucking machine to force yourself through the motions? Now that’s a lot more challenging. In today’s simple DIY project, we’ll be doing just that. This is the end result:
I’ve used a Hismith Servok for this project as it allows for dynamic depth adjustment, but the Premium would work, too.

The most essential part of this project is a strong harness gag—something that will envelop the head and not just go around the cheeks to the sub’s mouth. I’m not nearly talented enough for leatherworking, so it needed to be something off the shelf and cheap enough that I would not worry about messing it up. This “sexy PU leather harness mask” from AliExpress does the job, at less than $20 with free delivery. It’s adjustable, with plenty of straps to hold the whole head, and strong enough to withstand being pushed and pulled around.
The other main part is a suction cup Kliclok adaptor; I had a few of these lying around, but you can also grab one directly from Hismith for $45. If you already have one that came with your Hismith, it’s a non-destructive process, so feel free to use that—it can be removed and used again. I paired this with a spring adaptor, as well, since the wearer is likely to wriggle or end up misaligned with the drive shaft of the Hismith. These are both essential Hismith accessories!
Build Process
The harness I’ve worked with is a muzzle design with a ball gag on the inside. Start by cutting out the ball gag as close to the edge as possible.
Next, cut a circle out of the muzzle. This is easier if you get your subject to open their mouth wide, strap it on, then feel around for a rough outline. Leave a small section of material under the nose for rigidity.
While you’ve got them strapped in, move around the rear and find where the center of their skull sits. Mark this, and make a small hole.
On the Hismith suction cup adaptor plate, the Kliclok connector on the rear can be unscrewed with a spanner, the bolt pushed through the hole, and the Kliclok connector reattached.
Usage
While this project is part of a larger automated bondage frame, for testing we just knelt by the side of the bed, and placed the fucking machine on the bed. Getting the drive shaft aligned with their natural resting head position is crucial. The spring adds some forgiveness, but it wont stop stress being placed on the thrusting machine if they squirm too much.
For the ultimate “forced” experience, you might also want to pair the harness with a ring gag—the harness is just designed to hold their head securely to the machine, not keep their mouth open.
