In the past, your choice of fantasy or animal-themed silicone dildos was limited to one or two manufacturers. But lately, we’ve seen the market explode with small, artisanal makers on Etsy (many of which will often do custom orders)—and a new influx of Chinese brands.

The same toy that you’re used to paying hundreds of dollars for from BadDragon, can now be had for around $50. As with any mass-produced option, the customization options are non-existent and there are only a few color choices, but personally, I prefer the look and feel of this one.

In this review, I’ll be taking a look at one of the most famous of this new generation of extreme dildos from China: FAAK / YOCY.

Unlike other manufacturers, FAAK/YOCY doesn’t name their toys. Instead, you’ll be presented with “design F, meat color” (!) option or something equally generic. I’ll call this “big knotted dildo in realistic pink color”.

Shipping and Packaging

The store we purchased from is called “Life Enjoying Store“. It’s a store I’ve bought from before, so I trust and can thoroughly recommend them—but you may find it elsewhere for even cheaper.

Shipping was quick – about ten days using AliExpress Standard Shipping. Even more importantly, everything was placed inside a sturdy cardboard box, revealing absolutely nothing about what was inside! If you’ve ever bought a dildo online, only to find it arrived in a flimsy envelope and the postman walking hurriedly away up the garden path, you’ll definitely appreciate that.

Material

Colorless, odourless, and passing the flame test, the YOCY dildo—at least the one I have here—appears to be genuine silicone. I also applied some silicone lubricant to the base, and after a week, there was no reaction (that’s not unusual I should add, but there’s a pervasive myth about using silicone lubricant on silicone toys, so I thought I’d mention it). This is the real deal. Now we could sit here and argue about whether something is “platinum cured” or other such marketing terms, but in reality, no one other than the manufacturer knows precisely what type of silicone was used.

The surface has a delightful wet look, whereas other toys can sometimes be flat matt. This not only looks amazing, but it seems to need less lube, too. The coloration is a gorgeous marble swirl of red and pink; melding into a light grey and white marble on the base. Like any silicone toy, it feels a little sticky when not lubed up, and will attract hairs, so you should store it somewhere out of the open.

It’s quite a firm toy, so even though it’s smooth and glides in easily when lubed up, you’ll be able to feel even the bulbous shaft as it expands and contracts again delicately… before hitting that enormous knot.

Sizing

The knot itself is bigger than you might think, and harder to mount due to the very sudden change in diameter. While this might be anatomically correct, I would have preferred it the other way around, so it was easier to get in and more likely to lock in place. On this particular design, the knot also feels like it’s a little too low down the shaft, so you’ll really need to get your hands down there and work it in if you want to be fully knotted to him. When using the suction cup, this is basically impossible if you have a… well.. sizable derriere. You’ll be flat against the wall before you’ve even started on the knot.

In terms of size, each of the FAAK/YOCY designs comes in one size fits all. Luckily for me, it’s very much a perfect size. It’s just long enough to just push a few inches past the anal cavity, with a total insertable length of just over 20cm.

At its widest point, the knot is 7cm diameter. The tip is nicely tapered to 3.6cm, with the shaft widening out to a maximum of 4.8cm halfway down before you hit the knot.

Suction Cup

The knotted FAAK/YOCY dildo has a concave indent in the base. I was skeptical about how effective it might be, but when used on a flat, clean surface like a shower tile, it adheres fantastically. No problems at all with it falling off mid-use.

Cum Tube

We opted for a cum tube design, where a silicone tube is embedded within the shaft of the toy, coming out on the side, well underneath the knot. It’s a small diameter tube, and not removable.

The package also included both a syringe and rubber bulb to choose from according to your preference. Because of the tube diameter, neither is able to ejaculate a huge amount of thick lube or fake cum quickly; more just leak out a bit. Liquids are easier if that’s how you like it.

Are These Original, or Copies?

Some makers have voiced complaints that their dildo designs are being copied by the likes of FAAK. It’s certainly possible, though difficult to prove one way or the other, especially when the model is something that occurs in nature anyway.

At a higher level, can you claim a shape as your own; can you copyright a 3D object? My guess would be no. While you can copyright a specific 3D design file, there’s nothing to stop someone from looking at it, and remodeling it using yours as inspiration. So where is the line drawn? Is 3D scanning allowed? Working from a single photo? Sixty photos?

It’s a ridiculous claim to make either way—and unlike legality, ethics are something you can decide for yourself. All I can do is let you know the quality of the products, the features it offers, and how it feels to use. Beyond that is your choice. If you can afford to support silicone toy makers from your own locality, you probably should.

Is FAAK/YOCY Worth Buying?

Absolutely—at around $50 including shipping and taxes, this is an incredible addition to your collection. The closest comparison I can find is the Bad Dragon Rex in Medium size. Add a marbled color option in that size, and you’re looking at $135—before shipping and local taxes are added. That can easily equate to over $200 to land here in the UK. And that doesn’t include the cumtube option. If you don’t want a cumtube, the FAAK/YOCY toys are even cheaper. There’s simply no comparison when it comes to value. The coloration and texture is fantastic, and it’s rapidly entered my top 5 dildos (which is quite an acheivement considering my collection).
